The 13 Semdzins

The 13 Semdzins is a collection of 13 simple techniques that are quick to apply when recognition of the natural state needs to be restored. The 13 Semdzins use visualizations, mantras, breathing and physical exercise, or combinations of these to reveal the basic state that is clear, alive and grounded at all times. Sem dzin is Tibetan and means ”to recognize the nature of mind”.
